The doctors and staff at the Health Centre always try to give you the best service possible.
However, there may be occasions when this does not happen.
We have an in house procedure to follow up any complaints, comments or suggestions.
Should you require further information, please contact the reception staff or Practice Manager on 01865 340558.

Here at the Health Centre we are taking part in the Friends and Family Test.

I consider the Berinsfield Health Centre to be outstanding.
Even more so at a time when the nhs is under such pressure. The receptionists are bright, helpful and cheerful and the waiting area perfectly acceptable.
The Doctors show a keen interest in their patients problems and are helpful and supportive at all times. I am left with the feeling that they automatically go the extra mile!Having the pharmacy in the same building is a great benefit and we are most fortunate to have such a facility available to us.

I recall, many years ago when as a Boy Scout we had a motto which read -
'The impossible we do at once. Miracles take a little longer'

With thanks I now pass on this motto to the Berinsfield Health Centre.
